The 4th World Taijiquan Championships originally scheduled from September 25 to October 2, 2020 in Catania, Italy
will be postponed to be held at a later time.
Recently, IWUF Executive Board approves the request from the Federazione Italiana Wushu Kungfu to postpone the 4th World Taijiquan Championships. “The postponement is made to ensure the safety of the participating athletes and everyone in the event due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,” said IWUF Secretary General Zhang Qiuping.
The IWUF will further communicate with the Federazione Italiana Wushu Kungfu on confirming the exact dates and notify any updates to the public in the following months.
