During the global fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, and in response to the call of wushu enthusiasts, the International Wushu Federation launched an Online Wushu Classroom Project on May 15, 2020, free of charge to all global wushu practitioners and the general public.
After the 1st week courses, many wushu practioners, who are from various countries and regions around the world, express their enthusiasm and complements to the teaching instructors and the IWUF. Now, we will further help guide everyone to strengthen their physical fitness by arranging the 2nd and 3rd week schedules. Today, we will release the 2nd week schedule. Wushu has long been known to greatly improve people’s health and well-being, and we hope the IWUF could continiously bring a boost of physical and mental health to wushu enthusiasts around the world.
