今年8月13日,我们共同迎来第五个世界武术日。值此属于全球武术人的节日,我代表国际武术联合会,向156个国家及地区会员协会、向全世界武术爱好者,及所有为世界武术发展做出积极努力和贡献的各界朋友,致以诚挚的节日问候和祝福!
On August 13th of this year, we will celebrate the 5th World Wushu-Kungfu Day together. On this festival that belongs to global wushu community, on behalf of the International Wushu Federation, I would like to extend my sincere greetings and blessings to all friends who has been deeply committed to the development of wushu all over the world.
今年是世界青少年武术锦标赛举办之年,这次我们以“武术:青年·未来”为主题庆祝世界武术日,倡导全球武术青年团结一致,以青春之精神、青春之活力,青春之奋斗,擘画青春之梦想,书写青春之答卷。
This year will host the 8th World Junior Wushu Championships and this World Wushu-Kungfu Day presents “ Wushu: Youth & Future” as the theme. We urge wushu youth around the world to unite as one with spirit, vigor and passion, to pursue the dreams of the next generation and solve the problems of the tomorrow.
我诚邀各界朋友,共赴节日盛会,一起见证后疫情时代武术青年的活力与风采,感受武术运动焕发的蓬勃生机。
We sincerely invite all friends to attend the festival and celebrate this grand event together. Let’s experience the unique vitality of wushu youth in the post-pandemic era, and become energized with inspiration and the spirit of the sport of wushu.

Wushu is included as an official sport in the 2026 Dakar Youth Olympic Games sports programme.
In 2021, the IWUF was accepted as an official member of the International World Games Association .
As the leader of the sport of wushu, the IWUF is committed to making wushu an Olympic sport and a healthy way of life for people around the globe.
By creating the World Wushu-Kungfu Day (WWKD), the IWUF encourages more people all over the world to better understand wushu, enjoy wushu, make it a part of their everyday life, thus sharing the charm of wushu together!
The World Wushu-Kungfu Day is a global celebration of wushu-kungfu.
The WWKD is celebrated each year the first Saturday on or following August 8th, and is accompanied by a theme each time.
As a festival of the international wushu community, the World Wushu-Kungfu Day has been celebrated for four consecutive years, with a variety of celebrations from 80 countries and regions ranging from the public wushu taiji demonstrations in Morocco, to wushu flash mob activities for children in Switzerland, to wushu competition in Brazil, to wushu festival parade in the streets of India.
All in all, wushu clubs, schools from five continents and a multitude of individuals from all walks of life get involved, in one way or another, in the celebration of WWKD.
More and more people prefer to choose wushu as a healthy way of life for body and mind.
The World Wushu-Kungfu Day has become a grand convention and bridge linking wushu practitioners around the world.
At present, there are about 120 million wushu practitioners around the world, including more than 70 million young http://www.betropharmacy.net/ people, accounting for over 50%.
Youth is the hope and future of the sport of wushu.
This year will host the 8th World Wushu Junior Championships.
