A. Preliminary Entry
The Preliminary Entry Form (Appendix 3) must state the number of athletes as accurately as possible taking part in the events so that the
LOC may prepare the organization of the event accordingly. The Preliminary Entry Form and formal request for an American visa invitation
letter must reach the IWUF Secretariat by email (events@iwuf.org) no later than 24:00 (Central Standard Time) August 1, 2023.
B. Final Entry
All final entries must be submitted through the IWUF Online Registration System www.iwuf.org/registration .
The deadline for final entry submission through the online system is 24:00 (Central Standard Time) on September 29, 2023. Each Team is
required to print a copy of the submitted entry and present it during accreditation upon arrival in Fort Worth.
All sections of the online entry must be completed in full, including registration of athletes’ Degree of Difficulty Techniques in the relevant
online section.
Tickets Information and Policy
The opening ceremony ticket:
Free, but you must add it to your cart to ensure entry.
Competition ticket:
4 day pass: $60 Adult, $30 Child.
Adults: $20 per day
Children 12 and under: $10 per day
Seating is sold by section and reserved at purchase. The best seats will sell out quickly, so be sure to get your tickets early so you can get your optimum view of the action!
Entry Policy: The opening ceremony ticket is free and guarantees entry for Thursday, November 16, 2023 events only. Any other day requires a separate ticket for entry. Please enter the venue through the main entrance (between sections 207 and 208) and present your ticket to be scanned. We allow paper or mobile scanning options.
The event runs from 8AM-9PM, split into three separate sessions. Your ticket guarantees unlimited entry in and out for the day’s events and you are welcome to enter and depart the venue at will during event hours for the day specified on the ticket. Upon entrance and re-entrance to the venue, you will be asked to show your ticket to verify your credentials for entry.
Adult Tickets: Any individual 13 and older must purchase an adult ticket. One ticket per individual.
Child Tickets: Child tickets are allowed to be purchased only for children under the age of 13. One ticket per qualifying individual. Any holder of a child ticket must also be accompanied by an adult at all times, so a child ticket must be purchased with an adult ticket at check out.
Refund Policy: All sales are final, unless an extenuating circumstance has been communicated and accepted. Please review all items in your order before checking out to ensure you are purchasing the items you intend on buying.
Lost Ticket Policy: The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please exercise due care in safekeeping your ticket information. Replacement tickets may be purchased online.
