Approved by the IOC, wushu is included as an official event in the sport program of 4th Youth Olympics Games (YOG) in Dakar, Senegal in 2026. In an aim to fully prepare for the YOG wushu competition from technical aspect, to ensure the high-level of judging/scoring quality of wushu competition, with the support of the Chinese Wushu Association (CWA), the International Wushu Federation will hold the 2025 Wushu Taolu Judges Training Course in Jiangyin city, Jiangsu Province, China, from April 10 to 16, 2025.
This training session focuses on the content related to the wushu events of the 2026 Youth Olympic Games, emphasizing the judging and technical training of international wushu judges for the 3rd set of International Wushu Competition Routines - Changquan, Gunshu, Taijiquan and Taijishan routines. The aim is to enhance judges' understanding and practical skills in the wushu taolu judging methods, laying a solid foundation for the successful hosting of wushu competitions at the 2026 Youth Olympic Games.

Passport & Visa Requirements
All participants must hold a valid passport and should allow plenty of time for visa application and processing. To ensure as few complications during visa application and travel as possible, it is suggested that all participants’passports are valid for at least six months following their final day of travel.
Participants who require visa invitation letters should sent their requests to IWUF and Chinese Wushu Association via events@iwuf.org and wushu@wushu.com.cn before January 20, 2025.
